Shipping Policy

Shipping is available only within the US
All items are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping is free with orders $100+, with signature required USPS 4-5 Day.
Due to the nature of our products, all packages have signature required at delivery. If a customer is unable to sign at delivery, customer is responsible to contact and rearrange re-delivery with USPS.
Full insurance is not required but highly recommended and optional to add at checkout. Insuring the full value of your item protects in case of loss or damage during shipping. Opting not to insure your package means you forgo ability to file any future claim with USPS.
Customer will receive an email notification once item has been shipped with tracking information. From there, allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be available.
Bags to Riches will photograph items in packaging prior to shipping for security and insurance. Photographs available upon request by customer.
Bags to Riches is not responsible for USPS shipping delays, loss, damage, or theft. Customer is responsible for filing claims directly with USPS if these cases. Bags to Riches will not be liable or compensate for package loss, damage or theft.
