Authenticity 

All Bags to Riches items are 100% authentic. We take authentication seriously and use 3rd party authentication services to verify.  For any wallet on chain or handbag, you can add on a COA - Certificate of Authenticity. You can request a Certificate of Authentication upon checkout for an additional fee for your comfort and for resale purposes. Your item will be mailed with the COA, expect a 3-5 business day to ship timeline. List of accepted 3rd party authentication services: Legit Grails, Entrupy, Real Authentication, Zeko's  Authentication. We do not accept other authentication services. 

Bags to Riches is a registered reseller with a resale license and seller's permit from the CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TAX AND FEE ADMINISTRATION. Bags to Riches carries authentic items, but is not affiliated with nor sponsored by the brands carried on this site. All trademarks and copyrights are owned by the respective brands. All preowned authentic luxury brand items, including and not limited to Chanel, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Prada, Christian Dior, and more are protected under the First Sale Doctrine. The  First Sale Doctrine, codified at 17 U.S.C. § 109, provides that an individual who knowingly purchases a copy of a copyrighted work from the copyright holder receives the right to sell, display or otherwise dispose of that particular copy, notwithstanding the interests of the copyright owner.

Return Policy

Since all items are vintage and pre-loved, Bags To Riches does not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any purchases. Keep this in mind while shopping and please review full descriptions and photos before your purchase. Please use the Contact page to send any questions prior to purchase! 

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available only within the US
  • All items are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping is free with orders $100+, with signature required USPS 4-5 Day.
  • Due to the nature of our products, all packages have signature required at delivery. If a customer is unable to sign at delivery, customer is responsible to contact and rearrange re-delivery with USPS.
  • Full insurance is not required but highly recommended and optional to add at checkout. Insuring the full value of your item protects in case of loss or damage during shipping. Opting not to insure your package means you forgo ability to file any future claim with USPS.
  • Customer will receive an email notification once item has been shipped with tracking information. From there, allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be available.
  • Bags to Riches will photograph items in packaging prior to shipping for security and insurance. Photographs available upon request by customer.
  • Bags to Riches is not responsible for USPS shipping delays, loss, damage, or theft. Customer is responsible for filing claims directly with USPS if these cases. Bags to Riches will not be liable or compensate for package loss, damage or theft.
